Design Assist Support
We work with our Clients from Concept to assist them with advisory regarding selection of finishes, product optimization, budgeting, constructability, lead time development, logistics planning and installation planning.
Design Development
We help our Clients to develop drawings from Concept, SD and DD stage through to a complete solution for ideas we receive as inspirational images, renders or “back of a napkin” sketches and moodboards.
Shop Drawings
Our Shop Drawings are developed to great detail, including dual dimensions (metric / mm, imperial / inches) clarifying all materials, blocking requirements and locations, details, and integration of other materials.
Value Engineering
We help our Clients with identifying ways to optimize the design, in particular for second-plan items, looking at different finishing techniques, substrates, engineering etc. to create more economical solutions.
Samples Customization
We work with our Clients to create custom finishes and samples for active projects. We will receive control samples / images / narratives and create custom-made finishes, alter our finishes, or offer similar options based on our understanding of Client’s requirements.
Material Procurement
Our team procures all materials from our suppliers for other materials that may form part of the product, such as MDF substrates, wood, glass, leather, fabrics, hardware or the likes. These are typically alternates of similar look and feel, and equivalent quality.
Fabrication
We fabricate metal products in our facilities in Europe. Further, we assemble and package products in fumigated crates and load them onto containers with forklifts, labelling every product, and backing up every product with photographs.
Logistics
We can provide EXW pricing or DDP (delivered duties paid), which include shipping to place. Standard practice is to allow for FCL (full container load) standard dimension 40’ (forty foot) containers shipped via Ocean Freight.
